When you join Cubs you’ll become a member of a group called a ‘Six’. Challenge and fun are the focus of the Cub programme. Challenging hikes, weekend camps, and an introduction to water activities like canoeing or kayaking are just a few of the fun outdoor adventures that Cubs enjoy. Cubs are encouraged to try new and challenging activities.
The Cubs programme is designed around Year 3 to Year 6 at school.

If you are interested in joining please contact our Cub Section Leader cubs@hobsonvillepointscouts.org.nz to arrange a few trial sessions for your son or daughter.
There are some great weekend activities your cub can optionally attend also, many of these are free and some activities like camps have an additional charge to cover costs.
